FRIMBERGER duodenoscope system

Mother-baby endoscopy expands the spectrum of diagnostic and therapeutic options in ERCP.

For this purpose, KARL STORZ offers the unique FRIMBERGER duodenoscope system. The new mother-baby system features a side port in the duodenoscope's insertion tube, 70 cm from the distal end. The baby endoscope is introduced through this side port. 

Since it is very short, the baby endoscope is easy and convenient to handle and features agility never before achieved in the pancreatobiliary system. It can even be used to successfully intubate side branches that were previously unreachable.
