SMARTCART 2

The new second generation of SMARTCART equipment carts from KARL STORZ features an innovative, ingeniously simple, and perfectly structured cable management system.

The SMARTCART 2 equipment carts include a lockable double rear wall inside of which cables and power supplies can be stored and routed quickly, easily, and neatly. As a result, all cables are completely hidden from view.

Safe all around
The lockable rear wall protects the electrical system from unauthorized access. In addition, the smooth surface of the completely enclosed double rear wall meets highest hygiene standards.

Secure cable routing
An integrated cable manager allows the precise routing of cables and the neat separation of data and electrical cables to ensure reliable signal transmission between devices.

Flexible installation
Pre-installed multi-socket power strips further facilitate cable installation. A removable power supply cable supplies the cart with electricity so that it is immediately ready for use. Isolating transformers and earth leakage monitors can be optionally installed or retrofitted at any time.

Everything in its place
Pre-installed holders offer space to safely store the external power supplies of monitors, printers, etc., within the double rear wall.

Meeting all challenges
The smooth-running SMARTCART 2 is available in two versions (630 mm or 430 mm wide) to offer sufficient space for various device combinations and to meet different space requirements.

Integration
Easy-to-install Harting connectors are available as optional accessories with prefabricated faceplates. This allows the impressively easy integration of the equipment cart into your OR1. Alternatively, the camera signal can be easily transmitted to additional monitors by cable using easy-to-install patch panels – or wirelessly using ZeroWire.

Diverse options
Thanks to a comprehensive range of attachments, the cart can be equipped with attachments for various device accessories to meet specific demands. The result is the perfect integration of the SMARTCART 2 into your OR, which in turn facilitates smooth workflows.
