Naturally, the D-BLADE (DCI®) is now also available for the V-MAC system. The system was launched in 2003, and the D-BLADE has now been added, so that all potentially required laryngoscopy blades are now available for the system.

The MILLER # 0,1,3 and MACINTOSH # 2,3,4 blades, intubation blades acc. to DÖRGES, and D-BLADE are now available for the V-MAC. With the Direct Coupled Interface (DCI®), retromolar intubation endoscopes acc. to BONFILS and flexible intubation fiberscopes can be connected to the system. D-BLADE completes the DCI® product range in terms of the unexpected difficult airway and thereby closes the gap to fiberoptic intubation. Thanks to its elliptical tapering shape, D-BLADE optimally adapts to the anatomy of the oropharynx, so that it can be easily and quickly placed in front of the glottis to ensure rapid and safe intubation.
