Children’s Hospital partner with IHS

In keeping with tradition, the new children’s hospital has chosen Irish Hospital Supplies to supply the latest Karl STORZ IMAGE1 S RUBINA for their surgical imaging solution as well as the Erbe VIO 3 state of the art electrosurgery units.

The CHI group have worked with Irish Hospital Supplies the Karl STORZ image 1 camera system platform and Erbe Electrosurgery for many years and our strong partnership will continue into the future with the installation of IMAGE1 S RUBINA and Erbe VIO 3 systems (https://vio.erbe-med.com/) in the new children’s hospital theatres.

KARL STORZ counts on the diamond standard in imaging and therefore stands for high image quality in the white light mode and, with Rubina, in the near infrared range.

Karl STORZ is regarded as one of the pioneers in the field of endoscopic imaging. 4K offers four times more resolution that Full HD. In addition, Image 1 S features innovative visualization technologies that support tissue differentiation.

IMAGE1 S™ Rubina® combines the latest 4K and fluorescence imaging technologies (NIR/ICG) in one product family. The products feature 4K image quality as well as various NIR/ICG fluorescence modes. The new Power LED Rubina® makes this possible. The new modes, e.g., the superimposed NIR/ICG signal in the white light image (Overlay), provide valuable information. In addition, IMAGE1 S™ Rubina® offers an intensity map of the NIR/ICG signal as well as a pure near infrared mode in monochromatic display for the clear delineation of structures.
