10.11.2010/ Titanium anchors – for use in reconstructive surgery

KARL STORZ offers high-quality 3.0 mm, 5.0 mm, and 6.5 mm diameter titanium anchors for reconstructive surgery.

The titanium anchors are supplied sterile and preloaded with two MEGAFIBRE® sutures size 2, loaded on a disposable inserter.

The special MEGAFIBRE® suture is a braided, non-absorbable, ultra high molecular weight polyethylene suture. Characterized by an easy-sliding surface and a flat design, this suture offers better knot strength than polyester and polyblend sutures.

The accessories used with the titanium anchors are reusable and are produced in the well-known KARL STORZ quality, meeting even the highest demands.
