The HOHL Uterine Manipulator is suitable for Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy (TLH).

It was designed such that it can be securely attached to the cervix using a spiral cap. After it is attached, the respective cone can be placed over the cervix to delineate the fornix. Its specific features allow the precise delineation of the anterior and posterior fornices and the sealing of the vagina while it is opened. The cranial movement distances the uterine artery from the ureter, allowing the artery to be safely and precisely coagulated and cut.
